Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) - Espanola, NM
Blazer Jobs is thrilled to partner with a school district in Espanola, NM, to fill a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position. We are looking for a passionate OT who is committed to helping students overcome obstacles and develop the skills they need to thrive in school and life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to support students' physical, sensory, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (school-based experience is a plus).
- Must meet all federal and New Mexico state licensing and certification requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative educational environment.
