Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Feeding Hills, MA area. We seek passionate professionals dedicated to supporting students' communication and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning environments.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student success plans.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Massachusetts state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
