Job Summary:
BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team. The position involves working with middle and high school students to provide comprehensive speech and language services, ensuring that students achieve their highest potential in communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs among students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to address communication challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide reports as required.
- Participate in meetings, including IEP and student support team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Experience working with middle and high school students is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
