Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the current school year. This is a full-time, onsite position in Blue Springs, MO, in partnership with the local school district.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in a virtual setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state SLP license and Educator certification in Missouri.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
