Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students functional and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs.
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to support student goals.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina required.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be available for onsite services.
