Location: Elementary School in North Carolina (serving Pre-K and elementary-aged students)

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our elementary school team in North Carolina. This position involves working with pre-K and elementary-aged students, including a significant number of Spanish-speaking families. The ideal candidate will demonstrate cultural competence, a passion for working with young children, and the ability to provide high-quality services to support communication and language development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet students' needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development.
- Provide strategies for enhancing language acquisition for Spanish-speaking students.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students (preferred).
- Spanish language proficiency or cultural competency is a plus.
