Complete assessments and evaluations

Developing and implementing individualized education plans

Providing direct therapy in individual and group settings

Maintain accurate and detailed records regarding students progress and the services provided.
Requirements
Masters level in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required and CCCs.
Completion of SLP program accredited by the Council on Academic accreditation (CAA).
Must hold an active SLP Utahstatelicense.
