Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents in developing IEP and 504 Plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary to ensure student safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies to enhance student success.
- Serve as a key advisor to school staff, promoting a positive and inclusive educational environment.

Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology & a valid state School Psychologist license.
- Expertise in psychological evaluations, assessments, and data-driven interventions.
- Familiarity with IEP and 504 Plan processes, and experience with Response to Intervention (RTI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
