Job Description: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team in South Carolina. This full-time position is set to begin next semester and involves general SLP duties, including evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with communication and language disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and prepare required documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student services.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to speech therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in South Carolina.
- Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
