This position is within a special education setting, offering an exciting opportunity to provide essential therapy services to students and make a meaningful impact on their physical development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to students with disabilities in a special education environment.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams.
- Conduct physical assessments, set goals, and track student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
Requirements:
- State licensure and certifications required (please specify the necessary certifications).
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
