Job Duties:

Conduct assessments to identify students social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop intervention plans.

Provide individual and group counseling sessions.

Connect students and families with community resources.

Maintain detailed and confidential records.
Minnesota Requirements:

Masters Degree in Social Work.

Valid Minnesota Board of Social Work license.

Licensed as a School Social Worker by the Minnesota Department of Education (or eligibility to obtain).
