Job Duties:
- Evaluate and develop individualized therapy plans for students with disabilities.
- Provide direct therapy services to improve motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
- Maintain documentation of therapy sessions, goals, and progress.
- Consult with staff on classroom accommodations and modifications.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Texas OT license.
- At least 1 year of pediatric or school-based OT experience.
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and relevant documentation.
