Job Description:
- Clinical Expertise: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across various age groups and needs.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborative Approach: Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills within the educational setting.
- Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Eligibility to obtain a Speech-Language Pathologist license from the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) by the start date of 8/6/2024.
- Clinical Experience: Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
