School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Blazerworks, in partnership with a reputable school district in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals and progress.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in individual or group settings to support student development.
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to ensure continuity of care and best outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress reports, and compliance with district and state requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and district-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
