Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.

North Carolina SLPA license issued by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

School-based experience preferred but not required.
Job Duties:

Implement speech therapy programs under an SLPs guidance.

Monitor and report on student progress toward therapy goals.

Create therapy materials and resources for individualized support.

Assist in maintaining compliance with IEP goals.

Build rapport with students to enhance engagement in therapy sessions.
