Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Fairview, OR. This is an excellent opportunity to help students achieve their educational and developmental goals.
Job Duties:
- Evaluate students motor, sensory, and functional skills.
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy to students and support classroom strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Oregon OT license.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in school-based occupational therapy.
