Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students goals.
- Provide direct therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and evaluations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review student progress and provide professional recommendations.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Oklahoma license as a Speech-Language Pathologist issued by the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
- Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
