Job Duties:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to determine student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance students' motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills.
- Monitor and document student progress with detailed reporting.
- Support students in achieving functional independence in academic settings.
Requirements:
- Active OT License in California.
- Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Previous school-based experience preferred; minimum one year of experience required.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
