Caseload: K-12 Students
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy (MPT, DPT, or equivalent)
- Valid California Physical Therapy License (PT)
- Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in school settings preferred
- Passion for working with students and developing individualized care plans
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, 30 hours per week
- Location: Onsite at a local K-12 school in Sacramento, CA
- Caseload: K-12 students (further details provided during interview)
- Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
- Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and other PT professionals to ensure quality care
- Maintain and update student progress notes and documentation
- Provide ongoing evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans as needed
