Blazer Jobs is seeking a School Psychologist to join a team in Willimantic, CT, for the 2025 spring semester. The position runs from January 13, 2025, to June 13, 2025, and involves working with middle and high school students. The hours are 7:00 AM 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a weekly commitment of 35 hours (hours may vary based on scheduling needs).
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments for middle and high school students.
- Provide counseling services to students as outlined in IEPs.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff.
- Support the mental health and emotional well-being of students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology (required).
- PhD in School Psychology or related field (required).
- Experience working with middle and high school students.
- Strong communication and assessment skills.
