Key Responsibilities:

- IEP Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure students therapy goals are aligned with their academic and social needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the students learning environments and ensure effective support across all areas of development.
- Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed. Maintain accurate records and provide progress reports to parents, teachers, and administrators.
