This full-time, onsite position allows you to directly contribute to the academic and social growth of students by providing specialized speech and language therapy. Key Qualifications:
- Certification: Must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Education: A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field is required.
- License: Must have an active, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan or be eligible to obtain licensure.

- Caseload: You will manage a caseload of Kindergarten through 12th grade students, with a diverse range of speech and language needs, providing a variety of rewarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speech and Language Therapy: Provide both individual and group speech therapy to students, addressing issues such as articulation, fluency, voice disorders, and language delays.
- IEP Development and Monitoring: Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure goals are effectively implemented and met.
- Collaboration with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies that support speech and language goals in the classroom and beyond.
- Progress Tracking and Reporting: Regularly assess student progress and maintain detailed records. You will adjust therapy goals as necessary and provide clear, data-driven reports to parents and school staff.
- Advocacy: Advocate for students with speech and language challenges, ensuring they receive the accommodations and support they need to succeed in their educational journey.
