Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certification: The ideal candidate must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Education: A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent field is required for this position.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license in Oregon or eligibility to acquire one.

- Caseload: You will work with Kindergarten through 12th-grade students, managing a caseload that includes students with a wide range of speech and language needs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Therapy Services: Provide individual and group speech therapy to students with various speech and language challenges, including articulation, fluency, language delays, and voice disorders.
- IEP Development and Implementation: Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address the unique needs of each student. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure the effective delivery of speech therapy services.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside classroom teachers and other school professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the students' daily activities, providing strategies to support their communication development across settings.
- Student Progress Tracking: Regularly monitor student progress, adjust therapy strategies based on data, and ensure that each students goals are met. Keep detailed records and provide progress reports to parents, staff, and administration.
- Student Advocacy: Be a dedicated advocate for students communication needs, ensuring they receive appropriate accommodations and supports in place to help them succeed academically and socially.
