Minimum 1+ years social worker experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social-emotional support and counseling to students.
- Develop and implement strategies to address students social and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a supportive educational environment.
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between school, families, and community resources.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work from an accredited program.
- Valid Michigan School Social Work (310) Certification.
- Experience in a school setting is strongly preferred.
