Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team for a full-time, onsite position in Vallejo, CA. This opening is for the current school year, and we are proud to partner with the local school district to provide exceptional services to students.
Position Details:
- Caseload: Approximately 30 students
- Age Range: Pre-K, Elementary, and Middle School
- School Sites: Up to 5
- Hours: School day is roughly 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Compensation: Starting at $35/hour

Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized occupational therapy programs for students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Document and report on student progress and performance
- Adapt activities and tasks to meet the unique needs of each student
- Maintain a flexible approach to accommodate changes in caseload and school site assignments
Requirements:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in the state of California
- Ability to work across multiple school sites with a diverse student population
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to professional growth and development
