Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Corona, CA
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Corona, CA, to fill a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position for the current school year.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 5 days/week, 7.5 hours/day
- School Start Times: Dependent on school site, typically 7:30am3pm or 8am3:30pm
- Location: Onsite
- Renewal: Position renewal for the following school year is based on performance and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with speech and language delays or disorders under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Conduct therapy sessions, working on communication skills, articulation, fluency, and social language development
- Assist in creating and implementing treatment plans and strategies
- Provide support in both individual and group therapy settings
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Communicate regularly with educators and parents regarding student progress
