Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based team in Lemont, IL. Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist (OT).

Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student progress.

Conduct therapy sessions in alignment with educational goals.

Document and report on student progress and challenges.
Qualifications:

Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Current Illinois state licensure and COTA certification.

At least one year of professional experience as a COTA, preferably in a school setting.
