Blazer Jobs is excited to announce a partnership with the school district in Monroe, MI, to fill six full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions for the current school year. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse student population ranging from kindergarten through 20 years old.
Position Details:
- Location: Monroe, MI
- Type: Full-Time, Onsite
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Caseload: Maximum of 55-60 students
- Salary: Starting at $40/hour

Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and goals.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and school district policies.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active Michigan (MI) SLP license.
- Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
