Blazer Jobs is seeking a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide coverage for a leave of absence in Philipsburg, PA, from January through March 2025. This role involves supporting an onsite paraeducator with a large elementary caseload of students in grades K5.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech therapy services to elementary students.
- Collaborate with onsite paraeducators to ensure continuity of care.
- Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Conduct assessments and document progress to support student communication goals.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and staff to create effective intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license and DOE certification.
- Prior experience with teletherapy platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
