Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the Agawam school district, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time, onsite position for the current school year.
Position Details:
- Location: Agawam, MA
- Schedule: 15.5 hours per week
- Caseload: Elementary students
- Hourly Rate: Starting at $44/hour
- Type: Onsite only
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to determine their occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students' educational goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure student success.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Active OT License in Massachusetts
- Commitment to working onsite
