Blazerworks has partnered with a school district in Tacoma, WA, to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for a passionate and qualified professional to provide speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges and succeed academically.
Job Details:

- Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations across different grade levels
