Empower students with diverse communication needs as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ellicott, MD, through the end of the 2024/2025 school year.
Responsibilities
- Provide augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for students with severe expressive and comprehension disorders.
- Deliver language therapy, helping students follow directions and answer questions effectively.
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure student IEP modifications are implemented appropriately in classrooms.
- Write academic assessments, present findings at IEP meetings, and maintain service tracking to meet IDEA requirements.
