Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time role within school districts in the San Antonio, TX area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate speech and language needs using standardized assessments.
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Deliver direct therapy and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success.
- Provide consultation and training to school staff.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Texas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist issued by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (SBESLPA).
- Alternatively, a Bachelors degree and valid Texas Education Agency speech therapy certificate.
- Prior school-based experience is preferred.
