Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, following the school calendar)
Job Description:
We areactively seeking a School Social Worker to join our team in Little Falls, MN for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to provide essential social and emotional support to K-12 students. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to K-12 students, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
- Develop individualized support plans and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional input to support student well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
- Work in alignment with the school calendar, providing consistent support throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work/Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Current Minnesota Board of Social Work licensure (LSW, LGSW, LISW, or LICSW).
- Current or eligible Minnesota School Social Worker licensure.
- 1-3 years of experience in a social worker, counselor, or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
