This is a full-time, onsite position partnering with a local school district. Position Details:
- Location: Cincinnati, OH
- Type: Full-Time, Onsite
- Hours per Week: 35 hours
- Caseload: K-8th grade, 30-40 students
- Hourly Rate: Starting at $36/hour
- Renewal: Based on performance and needs for the following school year
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs in the classroom.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' communication goals and progress.
- Educate and support school staff and parents on strategies to enhance students' speech and language development.
