Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Auburn, WA area. We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to enhancing students' communication and language skills to support their educational and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
- Provide direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
- Serve as a resource for teachers and staff on effective strategies for supporting students with communication challenges.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Washington state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred but not required for CFs.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
