Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Concord, NC area. We are seeking passionate professionals dedicated to supporting students' communication and language development needs in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings to set and review goals for students receiving speech therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active North Carolina SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals.
