Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Blazer Jobs has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist. This school-based position is ideal for an SLP who values making a positive impact on students communication skills, working collaboratively with teachers, and providing targeted speech therapy.
Key Duties:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy in various formats (individual or group)
- Work with teachers, parents, and support staff to reinforce communication strategies
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and maintain comprehensive student records
- Support students' participation in school activities through improved communication
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP License and ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- At least one year of relevant experience in schools or a similar setting
