Speech Language Pathologist - Howell, MI
Applicants must hold a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (or a closely related field), active North Carolina SLP Licensure, completed Clinical Competency,and have at least 2 years of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with school districts in the Lexington, SC area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and developmental skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy to students in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and document progress in accordance with district and state guidelines.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all state and local qualifications, including:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid South Carolina state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances.
