Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position within school districts in the South Lyon, MI area. We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals dedicated to improving students' communication abilities and overall academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on assessments and progress.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
