BlazerJobs is seeking a Full-Time Virtual School Psychologist for a remote position.This role will support middle school students (5th 8th grade) with a caseload that includes a variety of psychological services and several evaluations. As a virtual position, youll have the flexibility of working from home while contributing to the mental health and academic success of students.
What Youll Do:
- Conduct virtual psychological evaluations for students on your caseload.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to 5th 8th grade students, focusing on their social-emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students emotional and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to students' academic and behavioral challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of psychological evaluations, counseling sessions, and progress reports.
- Provide recommendations for IEPs and participate in virtual meetings as necessary.
- Manage several evaluations throughout the year, conducting assessments and providing feedback to support student needs.
What Youll Bring:
- Active Ohio School Psychologist License (PEL) required.
- Experience providing psychological services and evaluations to 5th 8th grade students.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a virtual caseload.
- Proficiency in virtual therapy tools and teletherapy platforms.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of behavioral management, mental health support, and psychoeducational evaluations.
