Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to high school students in Bakersfield, California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals.
- Provide direct therapy sessions via a secure online platform.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Prior experience with teletherapy is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
