Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualification & Requirements:
Eligibility for this Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position requires that you have a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and a state issued Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license - Experience working within a school setting as well as an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred but not required. Job Description:
- Assess and treat communication and language disorders for K-12 students.
- Collaborate with school staff to provide targeted interventions.
- Implement IEPs and adjust therapy plans based on student progress.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and progress reports.
- Provide training and oversight to support staff involved in speech services.
Additional Details & Requirements:
- Full-time, on-site position.
- Active Texas SLP license and ASHA certification required.
- Previous school experience preferred.
