Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualification & Requirements:
Eligibility for this Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position requires that you have a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and a state issued Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license - Experience working within a school setting as well as an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred but not required. In Sugar Land, TX, Speech Language Pathologists inspire students by improving their communication skills and enhancing their educational journey.
Job Description:
- Assess and treat communication and language disorders for K-12 students.
- Collaborate with school staff to provide targeted interventions.
- Implement IEPs and adjust therapy plans based on student progress.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and progress reports.
- Provide training and oversight to support staff involved in speech services.
Additional Details & Requirements:
- Full-time, on-site position.
- Active Texas SLP license and ASHA certification required.
- Previous school experience preferred.
