Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time opportunity with school districts in the Lexington, SC area.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet all state and local requirements, including:
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certification: Active South Carolina SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting is required
- Must pass state and federal background checks
- Compliance with all district and state regulations

Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student goals
