Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress.
- Provide training and resources to staff and families on speech-language development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
