Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This position offers both onsite and virtual options, allowing flexibility in supporting a K-12 caseload based on your preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet students' needs.
- Provide speech therapy services in individual and small group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions to ensure effective student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP license in Maryland.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working with K-12 students is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
