What Youll Do:
- Provide virtual or onsite speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students.
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders and provide appropriate interventions.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students' academic progress and social development.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans.

- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes.
What Youll Bring:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in Indiana required.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both virtually and in-person.
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet the individual needs of students.
- Experience in managing a caseload of students and tracking progress effectively.
