Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students gross motor and functional mobility needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve students' movement and participation in school activities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' physical development.
- Maintain documentation of student progress and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Provide training and consultation for school staff on mobility accommodations and adaptive equipment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- License/Certification: Must hold a valid Texas PT license.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
