Responsibilities
Key duties for this role include:
- Conducting psychological and educational assessments to evaluate students' needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop intervention strategies
- Providing individual and group counseling to support student well-being
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Supporting behavioral interventions and crisis management
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
