Applicants must hold a Masters Degree and be licensed as a School Psychologist to be considered for the position. Those who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
State & Federal Requirements:
- Masters Degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Active Florida Department of Education School Psychologist certification
- Compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based psychological services
- Background check and fingerprinting as required by the district
Job Description & Duties:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to enhance student success
- Support a positive learning environment through data-driven interventions
